Return Policy

Before returning, please verify that your item is eligible for a return. 


We hope you loved your purchase! If not, we will gladly accept your return under the following circumstances:


Orders are eligible for return for a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving purchase. If customer chooses a store credit instead of a refund, they will receive an extra 10% of return amount on top of their store credit! (Free HIB Cash!)

Items are eligible for return for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be brought back to our Albany storefront to return.

Online and App orders must be mailed back to our warehouse to provide proof of delivery and a timestamp. Please understand that we have different sets of inventory and employees and this helps keep our process streamlined.

-Items must be unworn and unwashed.

-Any items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, or smoke will be refused.

-Please follow care instructions on tag. We are not responsible for clothing after it has been washed/worn. We recommend turning garment inside out and hand washing or using gentle cycle.

-Any item marked down 20% or more is FINAL SALE. If an item is returned that was marked down 20% or more, it will be rejected. This includes coupon codes and cash back.

-Doorbusters are final sale!

-Accessories, including jewelry, is final sale!

-Bralettes are NOT ELIGIBLE for return since these are considered an undergarment. 

-The return process is based upon receipt of order. Items are tracked and recorded once delivered. We normally process returns on Wednesdays.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Also, we suggest that you send items back to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that may get lost in transit to us. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will then be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

-Returns dropped off at any location will be rejected.

-Items must be postmarked within 7-14 days from the date the item was delivered to be eligible for return.

-Any return that doesn't fit into these guidelines will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

-If a customer has more than a 25% return rate, our company will be reaching out about future orders/returns.

- First Offense:

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from items returned outside of the return window. After a return is over 1 month old, it will automatically be rejected. 


Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges because of our revolving inventory. If you receive a product and need a different size, you can do one of two things:

1). Return the incorrect size and once you receive your store credit/refund, purchase the correct size (if available).

2). If the size you need is available, go ahead and purchase the correct size and return the incorrect size for a refund/credit.


We cannot accommodate cancellations. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. PLEASE, PLEASE double check your order before checking out. 


-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received the order.

 -Please take a picture of the damaged item and send to Please include order number in email.

-If you purchase on the App or Live Sale, you will only pay this once in a 24 hour period!

-Free shipping over $99!


-It is very important to check emails!! All communication will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

-Please allow 1-2 days for local pickup. Your order will not be available before then due to influx of orders, but we try to process all orders ASAP! Local pickup is at our warehouse on Palmyra Road, not our Albany storefront.

-When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive all information and instructions needed for local pickup via email. This will include the address and door code. Customers will only have access to the local pickup room. We do have a security system along with numerous cameras. 

-At this time, we do not offer local returns and/or exchanges. Those need to be sent back via a tracking number. 

-If orders have not been picked up after 1 month, you will be charged a $10 shipping and convenience fee. Please keep in mind that the return policy still applies to local pickup orders. The return policy starts from the day that your order is ready for pickup.
